Authorization roles for the evacuation case
Make sure that all important tasks in the event of an evacuation are covered.
Employees may have additional roles in the event of an evacuation, such as first responders, evacuation assistants or safety officers.
These roles are used to monitor the staffing situation (staffing and qualifications) for a specific area. These people are directly visible in the Life Safety Dashboard. Either your HR system provides this master data, or you manage it directly in jay cloud.
If the planned minimum staffing for an area/function is not reached, notifications can be automatically sent to those responsible.
During the evacuation, evacuation assistants can be given additional access authorizations.
