Frank Hart founded TDS founded in 1990 in Ireland. The company is a leading provider of intelligent workplace products, including software solutions for visitor management, life safety and access control, and counts some of the world's largest and most prestigious companies among its customer base: Pfizer, Johnson &Johnson, Google, UK Parliament & JD Sports. TDS has more than 30 years of experience serving customers with more than 3000 locations and over 25 million users worldwide. In 2021, TDS was sold to ACRE.
Sean Murphy founded CoreHR in 1982. The company has since become one of the world's leading providers of HR software and technology, serving more than 270 government and private clients with more than one million end users.
The company employs around 350 people, some 276 of whom are based in Ireland, and counts Diageo, Bus Cireann, Dublin City University, Irish Life, Aston Villa, Cineworld, JD Sports, Rank Group and the University of Oxford among its clients.
In 2020, the company was acquired by the Access Group, a so-called “tech unicorn” based in London.
